The VK750 package is capable of 650hp on a stock engine, and 750hp on a built motor with heads and cams!

Q: "What if I don't have an APS Header?" APS no longer makes the header, so where do I get one?"

A: Dyno-Comp now manufactures our own stainless steel equal length header which is made with US stainless steel and incorporates a Slip Joint design instead of flex joints.
The Dyno-Comp Equal length header is a DIRECT replacement for the the APS header – which was prone to cracking and flex joint failure.

A completely new APS High Flow Cold Air Intake system delivers a huge straight-shot of chilled fresh air directly into the wide compressor mouth of the APS TSR turbocharger. The APS cold air intake system accommodates stock style MAF metering through the MAF venturi supplied with the APS system. Best of all, for those Subaru horsepower enthusiasts who overwhelm the stock MAF meter at extreme horsepower levels, the MAF venturi is removable and markedly increases the cross sectional area at the MAF metering point from 65mm to 80mm. This now gives huge headroom for even greater air flow, larger fuel injectors, more effective air flow metering at high horsepower levels - and of course far greater tunability from the MAF meter.

Dyno-Comp's APS Cold Air Intake relocation kit. This kit extends the APS CAI to clear the inner fender and front mount intercooler piping. The kit comes with couplers, piping, clamps, and a new filter.

-Relocates filter from inner fender liner. This prevents damage to the filter and fender liner that often occurs when lowering your car.
-Made with ABS plastic. Keep temperatures down with high grade ABS plastic working as an insulator.
-Easy access for filter removal and cleaning. The filter can be accessed via the bottom of the car or by removing the front cover piece. This eliminates the need to go through the fender liner.
-Ram air intake. The location of the new filter allows for ram air intake when removing the corner bumper cover.
-Workable to different FMIC kits. The couplers and piping used for this relocation kit can easily be changed to adjust for various FMIC.

The WRX/STi Dominator 4.0XT-R features our new state-of-the-art 60 lb/min fully machined billet compressor wheel, a high efficiency Garrett GT turbine wheel, Garrett GT full ball bearing system, adjustable upgrade wastegate actuator calibrated at 19 PSI and our new 10cm2 bolt on turbine housing.

All test results indicate that, in addition to being lighter and stronger, the new Blouch "XT" compressor aerodynamics will outperform existing compressor wheel aero by producing more horsepower at lower boost pressures. The bottom line for our customers: More bang for your buck!

But wait - there's more! We have combined our new billet aero with our new 10cm2 turbine housing to further reduce turbine inlet pressure and increase peak horsepower output.

NOTE: The Dominator 4.0XT-R is a bolt-on upgrade which requires a 3" inlet, TGV deletes and requires no modification to oil feed, oil drain, coolant or exhaust connections for installation.

Blouch Performance Turbo took another look at the already stellar performance of the Dominator 3.0R and applied state-of-the-art technology to make it even better.

The first thing we did was to address the turbine inlet pressure associated with the Subaru bolt-on performance turbo and decided to develop a superior flowing and better fitting turbine housing than the already successful 8cm2 design. We settled on a 10cm2 design that could be applied to both our journal bearing and ball bearing Subaru products. And in order to ensure that quality control is to our standards and we have flexibility to better serve our customers, our 10 cm2 castings are machined at Blouch Turbo with in-house CNC equipment.

The next area we addressed was compressor performance and the decision was made to apply our already successful fully-machined billet compressor technology to the Dominator 3.0R and other Subaru turbos. The result is a stonger yet lighter compressor wheel that looks awesome, but more importantly outperforms conventional compressor technologies hands down. The reason for the increased performance is that the fully machined billet technology allows for aerodynamic improvements that could not be applied to older compressor technologies.

You know how some people just cannot leave a good thing alone? Kinda like continually tweaking on a performance car when it already runs great. Well, that's how it is at Blouch Performance Turbo and we couldn't resist tweaking the "Polka Pickle" to squeeze a little more "juice" out of it ;0).
 
In order to "juice" it up, we gave the Pickle a 10cm2 turbine housing to reduce turbine inlet pressure and engine pumping losses. Next, we took advantage of the latest "XT-R" fully-machined billet compressor wheel technology to optimize the aero of this little cucumber and increase compressor flow to 49 lbs/min within the same inducer geometry.

Our system utilizes several unique features in an effort to maintain optimal flow for performance while minimizing turbulence that can cause engine management problems. From a custom conical cloth air-filter element, we use a CFD-designed velocity stack leading to an unique air flow straightener grid. This straightener grid is specifically designed to smooth the incoming air flow as it passes the Mass Air Flow sensor for precise readings. This eliminates the "dead spots" experienced by other aftermarket intakes due to turbulence. NO other aftermarket Subaru intake system utilizes these critical design elements. In order to provide a system that looks as good on the outside as the technical advancements happening on the inside, we utilize a one piece design constructed from a high temperature plastic composite. Not only does this save weight compared to the previous metal design, the plastic composite material offers much better heat rejection properties that help keep intake air temperatures cooler. In contrast, intake systems constructed using metal castings or piping can actually retain underhood heat and in turn heat the incoming air.

Additionally, factory Subaru crankshaft rod journals are lubricated from only one main oil feed. Cosworth billet crankshafts feature full-flow oiling whereby each rod journal is lubricated from two main sources. That coupled with years of innovative multi valve cylinder head design ensures our camshaft designs or the most efficient in providing maximum usable power across the widest power band. Each cam is ground from a new chill cast billet and finished using the same procedures we use in our extreme level race engines. Cosworth camshafts are the perfect compliment to our CNC Ported Big Valve Cylinder heads. Our Subaru EJ25 cams are profiled to increase boost response thereby increasing engine torque and power and are fully compatible with the Subaru STI AVCS. Complete crankcase oil scavenging reduces excessive and residual oil that can cause blow-by and power loss. A dry sump also offers more consistent oil pressure to the engine, improved scavenging, and increased ring seal due to greater pan vacuum. The Cosworth Dry Sump System for the Subaru EJ20/EJ25 replaces the original oil sump with a machined from solid, low profile alloy pan with twin scavenge ports, internal baffling and o-ring sealing. A two stage scavenge pump driven by a HTD belt, mounted to a heavy duty bracket evacuates the oil from the engine.
